These terms apply to use of the Neohive Solutions Pvt Ltd website and to enquiries, training registrations, and purchases made through it.
1. About these terms
In these terms, “Neohive”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Neohive Solutions Pvt Ltd. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms as applicable to your use or purchase.
2. Enquiries and service information
Website descriptions, programme details, and service information are provided to help you evaluate our offerings. An enquiry alone does not constitute a confirmed booking, engagement, or guarantee of availability. Any project or corporate engagement may require a separate written proposal, statement of work, or agreement.
3. Training programmes and batch dates
Before paying, please review the selected training programme, fee, delivery format where specified, and batch start date. Batch schedules and joining instructions will be communicated to registered participants using the contact details provided at registration. A registration is confirmed only after the payment has been verified and Neohive has communicated the applicable confirmation.
4. Training cancellations and refunds
All training registrations are final. Participants may not cancel a paid training registration or request a refund after payment. The exception is where Neohive Solutions Pvt Ltd cancels the scheduled training batch. If Neohive cancels a batch, we will inform registered participants and communicate the applicable resolution, which may include a refund of the training fee paid for that batch or an alternative batch arrangement.
This policy concerns training registrations. Any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Cashfree when checkout is enabled. Payment is considered received only after the provider and/or Neohive's server-side verification confirms the transaction. A browser redirect or screenshot alone is not proof of a successful payment. Do not share your card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN, banking password, or authentication codes with Neohive.
6. Participant responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate registration and contact information, checking the selected programme and fee before payment, and reviewing the joining instructions sent to you. Please contact Neohive promptly if you believe you entered incorrect details or a payment status appears incorrect.
7. Website use and intellectual property
Website content is provided for general information about Neohive's services. Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, and original materials may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without prior written permission. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
8. Third-party services
The website may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment and email providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Neohive is not responsible for independent third-party systems beyond the responsibilities imposed by applicable law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our website and services change. The latest version and its update date will be published on this page. Terms specific to an already-paid registration will not be changed retroactively to remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
